What is the difference between phone with a PDA and a phone with the interenet and an organizer? ?

I’m looking for a new phone. I wanted a PDA, but I found a phone that does not have a PDA. Although it does not have a PDA,it has an alarm clock, organizer, and everything else I thought a PDA had.
